Andy Richter is hilarious. His show looks to be one of the funniest new shows this season. So everybody make sure to watch or tape at 8:30.

I've heard a lot of negative reviews on the show. I mean I know critics usually like things that nobody else does, however, the commercials do look promising.

Darn it! Because of this stupid cold, I fell asleep and missed it! Was it good?

Like all Fox shows, IT SUCKS! I watched it...i was taping watching ellie.....jesus christ it sucked. I was embarrased and this show should be taken off the air immediately. He was funny on Conan O'brien but come on? FOX has the ****tiest shows and this is another crappy show.

I beg to differ, Rainman.
I thought it was charming and very funny.
I also thought it did a good job of capturing the slightly off center sense of humor Richter displayed on Conan.
The plot may have been a bit cliched, but it was a pilot.

Very creative. I hope it sticks around.

Sounds like someone's blind hatred of all things FOX precludes any ability to be objective.

I didn't think it was great, but it wasn't bad. The show had its amusing moments, and it certainly has promise. I agree with TJL that it did a good job of capturing Richter's brand of humor.

I watched this show last night and thought it was very good. Andy Richter is sort of a double threat; he's got the Drew Carey everyman quality and a wicked sense of humor. He also has a good cast supporting him. This show has a lot promise.

Obviously an individual who speaks for himself. Fox isn't what it used to be with shows like Herman's Head, Monty, Love and Marriage and various other shows I can't remember. Fox has drastically improved with shows like That 70's show, Titus, Bernie Mac, Grounded for Life, Malcom in the Middle, etc. I can't comment on Richter's new show because I was at work, but I'm sure Rain Man was overreacting. Probably, WAY OVERREACTING!!!

I was a little disappointed, but I think it will get better. This was the premier, and as such had to fulfill certain functions: introduce all the characters and establish the show's premise. This did that, so now I expect the more creative and humorous nature of Andy Richter to come out in future episodes.
