Lumpy: Did you go out for anything, Dud?

Dudley: Well, I went out for football, but I got my finger stepped on, so my mother made me quit.

Eddie: Well listen-- I went out for basketball and I got my hair pulled, and my mother made ME quit.

Dudley: It's not that I was afraid of getting hurt or anything; it's just that-- well, it's kind o' hard to play the flute with a busted finger.

This is hard! There are so many theme songs that I like. Ok narrowing it down to the ones that I like the most it would be: Family Ties, The Partridge Family and Full House.

My favorite theme is definitely the one used for Valerie/The Hogan Family. The song itself is great, but hearing the music while watching the opening videos they used over the years...its just freakin' beautiful. This song makes me so nostalgic for my childhood...moreso than any other. The part that goes "We've got closer, through happiness and tears / and in our hearts we share, the laughter and the sadness / a special kind of madness, together through the years." gives me goosebumps.

If anyone wants to watch the opening videos to Valerie/The Hogan Family, you can see them at The Hogan Family Online: http://www.sitcomsonline.com/thehoganfamily.html
