I am surprised that Latka from Taxi, Maude Findley from Maude, and Granny from The Beverly Hillbillies isn't in the list. These by far are the most annoying.

Mr. Mooney from The Lucy Show wasn't that annoying. Some of his temper tantrums were actually funny and hilarious. He was such a good character on the show. :D

Of the list to vote, I pick Roseanne. I can't stand her and her voice says it all.

Erkyl was annoying, but over-all Rosanne was the worst after the National Anthem "singing" (insulting noise) fiasco, and she continues to annoy. Tom Arnold too.

My write in vote is HOMER SIMPSON. I cannot for the life of me understand how that awful show has been on the air for the past 14 years. It'll be in syndication forever. What is the appeal to that show or any of it's characters? They all annoy the h____ out of me.

I watched the Simpsons the first year or two. I thought it was funny, I thought the writing was wittier than alot of the regular live action sitcoms that were on. Somewhere along the way I just stopped watching, I couldn't keep coming back to an animated show on a regular basis. It's that way for me with South Park too. I like it when I watch it but I don't make a point of coming back week after week. Weird, huh?

I find brilliance in The Simpsons at times.
The writers just click in my sensibility of comedy.

My cousin, who likes many of the same things I do and who himself is caustically funny and biting, doesn't like The Simpsons.

So, go figure.

A lot of people like satirical humor. That's what a good chunk of Simpsons is...the make fun of and parody anything under the sun.
