why did Will and Grace get rid of Will's boss from the first Season he was funny and why did they get rid of Gregory Hines. He is still will's boss but we never see him.

Okay, this is strictly my opinion...

A few years ago some groups began complaining about the lack of African American actors or actresses on prime time TV shows. NBC, to show their "diversity" announced a short time later that Gregory Hines would be joining the cast of Will And Grace.
When that whole issue quieted down after a year or so, Gregory Hines mysteriously left the show.

They should bring back the first boss Will had(Harlem) he was extremely funny.

He was funny, he was kinda of a homophobic but then not really. You know what I mean. Just the words that came out of his mouth was funny.
