The Simpson's house would be cool if I was a cartoon character. I'd also love Burns' mansion.
The Barone's house on Everybody Loves Raymond is nice, but Marie and Frank have to move!
I love Helen's house on Wings.

BTW--there is a book that came out approx. five years ago
where the author created floor plans of houses from various
TV sitcoms--can't recall title or author though.

I have that book! It's called TV Sets - Fantasy Blueprints of Classic TV Homes by Mark Bennett. It's published by TV Books, Inc.
I don't know if it's still available for purchase.
But, just on my own observations of shows, I think the Addams Family house might be kinda fun! ;)

A couple of weeks ago, I read an artricle in the newspaper about a couple in Texas who are having an exact replica of the Munter's house built for them - including secret passages, a dungeon, and a staircase that opens up just like the one in the show's opening credits. (I posted some information about this on the Munster's thread here on the sitcoms online site).

I like the Walton's house too. I could live there. It'd be cool living out by all that wilderness and Walton's Mountain.
I also like the house/apartment? on the Nanny. As apartments go, Monica's on Friends is pretty cool (and in NYC would probably cost about as much as a house!) The Cosby house is nice too, but the problems with all those is having no yard or green space, which I enjoy.
I always thought the Seavers from Growing Pains had a nice house.
