What the hell is your problem anyway?? Anyone who wants to be here has a right to be here!
My god I don't think I've posted on a sitcom board in over 3 months!! Better run to TJ and get me kicked off the board!
You may not agree with everything Mossopp says (she's a girl, BTW), hell, neither do I, but she still has a right to be here and she's still pretty cool.
Maybe you should take all that time you spent actually looking up Mossop's posting activities and take it to get to know her.
In another thread you said Mossopp needed to get a life. Well if you are actually looking up on "he she it thing's" activities, it sounds to me like you are the one that needs to get a life.

Oh, shut your trap! If Mossopp doesn't like sitcoms WHY the hell would she come here? Obviously your the one with no life writing some essay to me, I don't need to read 1,000 sentences so I didn't even bother reading alot of it.

Uh maybe she liked them at one time and now she doesn't? But why may I ask- why do you even CARE? I could absolutely despise Sitcoms and still come here. Because I have a lot of nice friends here. And I bet she does too. And why in hells corner would you waste a topic on this? Damn take it to PM!

Ok so I was a little rude lol but still I mean people come here to talk about sitcoms and also to have fun and talk on Chit Chat but still... this board should not be the most popular IMO.

Pretending that this is a poll: I am vote number three for Tootiefan to lighten up, a whole bunch!

Ok yeah before you bite my damn head off- I KNOW that's your opinion up there- but I'm taking things further-
Ok- sure most people here like Sitcoms. Some come here to talk about anything on the Chit Chat board. So... why are you making a big fuss about it? I mean maybe people lost interest in the sitcoms or something WHATEVER. But WHY should this board not be most popular? It's a board to talk about anything.. get to know people, their interests, etc. So um like I said before- what's the big fuss?

If you didn't even read what I wrote, why the attitude?
I'm sorry that you can take time out of your life to check up on Mossopp's activities but can't take the 2 seconds it would take a literate person to read my "essay".
Mossopp may have some strong opinions, and not be afraid of expressing them, but YOU, my friend, are the one who has a history of being rude for no reason to people on this board.

Well the link is sitcomsonline.com but you dont have to like sitcoms to be here. a chit chat board is for everyday-fun-topics, no need to discuss sitcoms. So wat if she dont like them? Everyone is welcome here.

We read about people like you (tootiefan4life) when we read A Christmas Carol. I don't remember what they wre called...ulitarialism or something close to that. It's like people who don't do anything unless they get something materal out of it. Not everything you do needs to have a point. Maybe it's just to have fun and get to know some people from halfway around the world. I rarely ever post on sitcom boards either, but that doesn't stop me from coming here.
Whoa, that was totally uncalled for. Mossopp has been here for a long time and I enjoy hearing her opinions, as I'm sure many others on this board do too. Plus, since she is from Scotland, we get to hear a voice from another country – I think it's great having her here! :)
And in her defense, this is the chit chat board and there is no reason why she, or anyone else, should have to post on any other board if they don't feel like it.

There is no big fuss, I'm not here to start fights. I tryed to delete this post because it is going way over the borderline!
Bootsy Whoosh, you said "YOU, my friend, are the one who has a history of being rude for no reason to people on this board." Oh, really when have I been in any fights, I've had some arguments before like maybe 2 or 3 times. I know anyone is welcome here so please just put this behind all of us!
Good to see you all stepping in and being heard. I've seen some far out opinions expressed on the board but this was most aggressive and uncalled for attacks I've seen.

If that is your true feeling, then why did you start the topic in the first place?
I've had topics like this started about me (on another board) and trust me, it doesn't feel good. So think before you type next time huh?

There is a difference between being in an argument/fight, and lashing out at people for no reason.
Just off the top of my head, you have lashed out at:
1.) Max (for the whole "women being free" thing)
2.) Mossopp (for who the hell knows why)
3.) Me ("Oh, shut your trap", which was totally uncalled for, and if you are to believed, if you really didn't read my post, you have even less of an excuse for lashing out at me.)
If you know anyone is welcome here, why did you make the post in the first place? Now you are back-pedaling like hell because no one agrees with what you posted.
Sorry, you started the fire. If you can't stand the heat, the only way to put it out is to apologize.

Right. Because as we all know, life begins and ends with sitcoms.
And for the record, Mosopp is one of my favorite posters here. So she doesn't want to talk about the outfit Natalie wore in the Facts Of Life episode "Blair Joins A Sorority." More power to her.
There are more important things in life than which season Ms. Garrett had the best hairstyle. That's why Todd started the Chit Chat board. I'm GLAD this board is the most popular on Sitcoms Online.

Thanks for all your support guys. I didn't realise you all liked me that much. :D
I originally wasn't going to reply to this thread. I have been verbally attacked by many people, both on the internet and in real life, for my strong opinions. The fact of the matter is that I do have very firm beliefs and sometimes I can be very pushy when trying to get my point accross. In a situation such as that, I often see the error of my ways and apologise. In this instance, however, I see no need to apologise as I truly believe that I have done nothing wrong. Tootiefanforlife seemed to take offense at the fact that I did not like some insignificant little cartoon to which someone had posted a link. There are many unspeakable evils taking place in the world today - disliking a daft wee cartoon is not one of them. I did not deserve Tootiefans outburst.
Some more sensitive people may have been deeply hurt by Tootiefans words. I, on the other hand, am used to being spoken to in this way and I actually feel sorry for Tootiefan who seems to have nothing better to do with his/her (I won't sink to your level and refer to you as a "thing") time than reseach my posting habits.
Since it concerns you so much Tootiefan - the reason I haven't posted on other sitcom boards in a long time is because noone posts regularly on the boards for the shows I like. I do actually like sitcoms - watching them is one of my favorite hobbies. You obviously didn't research me that well cos if you had bothered to read my profile you would have seen my list of favorite sitcoms. Another reason I don't post on more boards is that I simply do not have time. I work all week in a full-time job. Maybe you have a lot of spare time on your hands - I do not.
Many people on here have different opinions from mine. I do not hate them for it. I respect their opinions and actually want to learn more about them. Perhaps you should try this approach to life more often.
Once again, I want to thank everyone who stood up for me here. I really do appreciate that. You are all very cool, interesting and friendly folk and I am touched that, even though you've never met me, you're still willing to defend me like that.
Thanks guys! :D

Mossopp and I have had some pretty heated exchanges between us recently, but I would not want to see her banned from this site because of her opinions. Freedom of speech is one of the fundemental rights that we enjoy in this country (as she does in hers), and one of the things that sets us apart from a number of other countries. When you start deciding which views are "acceptable", and which views should be silenced, you start down a very slippery slope. There are those in this country who are trying to do just that. This is a road we definitely do not want to go down!

Why can't we all just get along? It's just Mossop, not Usama bin Laden posting messages here! :happyface :happyface :happyface
