Nick-at-Nite has gone nuts! They won't air a episode of "Three's Company" because RF and Larry get drunk, and they pick up "Cheers", which is set around a bar! And while "Dope" of FOL actually has them taking drugs, an episode of TC has them *Talking* about it when they really mean a *Real* Silver Pot!
And while I think I'll like "Family Ties", I think "Cheers" will flop. It's still in wide syndication, *and* it really has no kid appeal, like GI had no Adult Appeal, while most of their other shows have both.
And from what I hear, I can't belive "Full House", "The Cosby Show", "Roseanne", and possibly "Cosby" in 2008! Hopefully, Viacom will put all those shows (Except "Full House") on TNN, and "Full House" on Nickelodeon. Man, the Olsen Twins can't get another victory after (Hopefully) ABC/Disney kicks them off their channel!
*Calm Down Sean*

Well said Sean. While N@N has enjoyed a big boost in ratings from TC, I don't think Ties nor Cheers will yield the same success. I think many older viewers will not be tuning in since the bulk of TV Classics haved moved or are in the process of leaving N@N. IMO N@N would have been better off bringing the shows that were featured during the 80's marathon. Maybe 20 years from now, an insider's story will appear why N@N eagerly dumped classic shows to became another run-of-the-mill TBS Superstation.

I know what you're saying. Those shows haven't been off the air long enough to do much for N @ N. Don't even get me started on those annoying Olsen twins. I don't see how they can show Roseanne. I mean about every episode had something in it that isn't appropriate. You know how N @ N is with the controversial crap.
