Title-Together We Stand, Divied We Fall ( the title will probrally be shortend in the second or third seaso, to just TOGETHER WE STAND).

Plot/Premise- Family dramady (think, Doogie Howser M.D.) about the trials and tribulations of the Turner's and the Williams familes. a step-family trying to dog nothing more than to live life and make it thru each day.

Characters-

Clairce Williams-Turner- 40-something year old housewife, mother and stressed out ad executive, who is up for a big promotion at work and is at the same time pregnant with her third child.


Derek Turner- Clarice's older, 40-something year old husband, married for the second time and is the Lt. of the city's police department. Derek and CLarice love each other very much but they each have thier secrets, like derke is a recovering alcoholic, who attends A.A. meetings regualry.

Shannon Williams- Clarice's bright, yet slightly spoiled seventeen year old daughter.

Marcus Willams- Clarice's energenitc, fifth grader who is very curious about the world around him and not afraid to admit it, he is used for comic relife in this show as his questions often come at inappropriate and hilarous times.

Denise Turner- Derek's shy, yet very vivacous sixteen year old daughter.

Christine Turner- Derek's extremely bright middle daughter who is in her senior year of high school and is prepearing to spend the next four years of her life at Harvard Law.

Jessica Lynn Turner-Herskovitz- Derke's oldest daughter, married with children and long out of the house she is not seen often, but occasionally pops up to dispence advice to her siblings and her new step-siblings. ( kinda like Saundra in the first seasons or denise in the later, post-a different world seasons of THE COSBY SHOW) Jessica's inter-religous marriage is a big problem for her hypercritcal father, derek who doesn't approve of but accepts her marrige to Jewish Martin Herskovitz.

Martin Herskovitz- Jessica's Loving and devoted doctor husband. Although a good guy he does try a bit to hard to impress his sometimes overbearing father in law.

Random Notes-I picture this show being one of those shows that debuts to low numbers because people just don't know what to think of it, wheather or not to like it or hate it. but this show will grow over time and if given the right care will be able to blossom and become a huge hit. If it doesn't become a huge, break out hit it will at least be critically acclaimed and win tons of emmys.

Network/timeslot- FOX., it will debut on FOX, Tuesdays at 8pm (before That 70's show and Titus). In my vision the show will struggle on Tuesdays so it will switch timeslots with the established Boston Public, so it will be on at Monday's 8pm, where it will prosper and grow into a successful series. I picture this being one of those shows that defines all expectations and runs for a crazy number of years (like 6 or 7, eight at the most.) i kinda need help on like the cast if anyone has any ideas i would appreciate you rinput.. and also, i am planning on doing this as an actual project so please don't use these ideas, please. thanks.
