It looks like Newhart is gone from the TNN listings. Does anyone know anything about it? I wish it was because it has been picked up by TV Land or Nick. Just when I started getting into it.

Yes, it's gone--Unfortunately. I don't see why they couldn't of kept it on. They have enough room on their schedule and it's a great show. And plus, I wasn't done taping it!:-(

TNN has that call 1-888-POP-1090 to let the know what makes their channel go "POP" for you. We Newhart fans should let them know. "POP" is the sound my remote button makes when I go to TNN and find they got rid of Newhart!

Unfortunately, TVLand isn't catering to the big Newhart fans. Instead, they are going by ratings, they don't take off shows that get good ratings, so obviously, Newhart wasn't getting good ratings. Why keep a show on that gets poor ratings? To please a few people that want to see the show?

To PPatters, Newhart had just been on TNN not TV Land. Were the ratings for Newhart poor on TNN? What were they?
