There is this huge hole in I believe Siberia..... Some people lowered a real long microphone way down in it, and you can hear screaming and all of this stuff. They are thinking that in the hole may in fact be part of Hell since some Believe Hell is inside the earth. I listened to the sound clip of what they took inside that hole, (The link was posted on Artbells website and Artbell orginally played the sound on his show.) And if it is real, it is scary as..................................... well you get what im saying.......

I don't believe this for many reasons. First, I agree with Jo's the Bomb....anything that demands you send it on to friends is immediately suspect in my book.

Two, this page was created by a Christian fundamentalist organization, and I question anything said by any fundamentalist, Christian or otherwise.

Three: Conflicting stories about the work of Dr. Azzacove (if such a person even exists). Additionally, the conflicting stories both claim to have been printed in the same newspaper, eliminating the possiblility of reporter error. One story says that the hole into hell was drilled in Siberia (http://homex.coolconnect.com/member3/sf095/hellsoun.htm), while another says the hole was dug into the ocean floor (http://www.geocities.com/j1conair/Who_Cares_Page.html). So which is it?

Then there's this laughable line: "The second surprise was the high temperature they discovered in the earth'scenter. "The calculations indicate the given temperature was about 1,100 degrees Celsius, or over 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit," Dr. Azzacove pointsout. "This is far more than we expected. It seems almost like an inferno of fire is brutally going on in the center of the earth."

Is that really supposed to be surprising?? Scientists have known for years that the Earth's core is "like an inferno of fire". If this Dr. Azzacove didn't already know this then I seriously question his validity as a member of the scientific community. Additionally, this quote was taken from yet another version of this article, bringing the total number of different version of the "same" article, all published by the same newspaper to THREE.

Four: This artcile appeared in tabloid newspapers in England. Additionally, other Christian organizations have addmitted that "the "Ammenusastia" is the newspaper equivalent to that of the "National Enquirer." (http://www.ecp.f2s.com/ecp/siberia.html).

This is definatly not true! I've read an article about this, it says it's not real. First of all, it would take a long time to dig far enough to reach the Earth's mantle (Where Hell is supposed to be), it took scientists years to reach it underwater, and it's not any easier in the ground. That is definatly false.

Great point. in the article, it said that the temparature was over 2000 degrees F. Plus, Heaven and Hell are spiritual places, not physical, or else i can take a jet up to hevean and wave to St. Peter. Plus the guy warned us it was going to be intense and scary, but it DID just sound like people at the mall. Don't believe everything you hear. Mic would have melted, the screams would have been more excruciating (don't ask me how I know this, but those weren't the worst screams I have ever heard), and it wouldn't have ended up in a tabloid.

It sounded like sounds from a haunted house...I was preparing myself to hear something frightening, but I heard something that made me sit there and go "WTF?" ...even as a Christian, I know better.

I have an open mind toward enexplained phenomena, but 95% of the stuff on his show seems to be phony, and if he believes any of it, he needs to have his head examined.

I tried getting into his show, but I just can't. I have a few friends who dig it, though. Those are some uncomfortable road trips.

all you guys are funny! anyways, i have to say that that was fake; it had to be. Though, I am very open-minded about things like this. I mean, I believe that there are aliens and sasquatch and all. But Art Bell is reeeeeelly weird and I can't take his word for anything, though it is good entertainment. But there were no explainations for WHAT ELSE it could be. And besides, as Christian, I know that heaven and hell exist in a totally different realm, a spiritual realm, not of this world. You shed your physical body when you die, and your soul goes to the place that you have chosen, if you've accepted Christ and lived 4 Him, then heaven is your destination for eternity, if you haven't, then hell is where you're going, hell, as in the spiritual place of pain, agony, terror, horror, etc...

So, really, folks, I wouldn't waste any more time thinking about where the actual hell is, but I'd worry more about where your soul is spending eternity.
