Each week I will be doing a sitcom of the week.It will have cast lists,channels it aired on and are airing in reruns,plots,character descriptions,theme lyrics and my favorites in episodes,characters and other yummy stuff.It will be a show everyone seems to have forgotten or haven't heard of or it could be a show near and dear to us.Here is the first sitcom of the week:
Down to Earth

Carol Mansell:Ethel McDougan,a perky,spunky flapper/angel/maid from the 1920s.
Dick Sargent:Richard Preston,a dad who has the worst sense of humor and is constantly laying down the law.
David Kaufmann:Duane Preston,oldest son who is part Alex P. Keaton and part Wally Cleaver.
Kyle Richards:Lizzie Preston,sister who (like most sisters in the 80s) was always fighting with her older brother.
Randy Josselyn:Jay Jay Preston,youngest son,kinda like Beaver kinda like Opie kinda like The Ricker
Marla Jeanette Rubinoff:Candy Carlysle,a dumb blonde who had a high voice that sounded like a robot.
Ronnie Schell:Lester Luster,a angel wiseguy.
Rip Taylor:Stanley McCloud,I don't know anything about his character.
Plot:
I'll describe this show by giving you the Once Upon a Song-like theme song:
"Down to Earth"
Back in the days of Valentino (we know)
A maid name Ethel was so bright and alive
Wacky-Doo,Wacky-Doo,Wacky-Doo!
But she was struck down by a trolley (golley)
Said good-bye in 1920 and 5!
Toodle-doo,toodle-doo
Ethel in heavan awaited patiently
To earn her wings and be
And angel fancy free!
Sixty years later the oppourtunity
To help a family
Came Through!
Boo-boo-be-do Twenty-Three Skiddo!
Back down to earth to teach the Prestons lessons
Richard,Lizzie,Duane and Jay Jay too!
Now she must be a 1980's lady!
Down to Earth is so angelical!
Down to Earth is quite a specticle!
Down to Earth is just a hysterical!
