what is this one show?

I remember when i was a younger kid (early 90's) I watched N@N all the time, there was one show in particular though. It didnt last very long (maybe a year, two at the most) It was about a family from 'tv land' living next door to a family in 'real land' i think the real family was just a mother and a son...What was this show, or was this just a dream and didnt exist at all.

I think you are talking about "Hi Honey,I'm Home" which was about a 50s TV family being zapped into the real world of the early 90s.It was aired on ABC in 1991-92.N@N also repeated the episodes as it was about a 50s family and it would click.It only ran for one season.I never saw it.
