I live in Minnesota and I think more sitcoms should take place here, sort of quoting Rhoda it's cold here you'll keep better.But there's only two I know of:

Well, it's not a sitcom, but how about "Little House on the Prairie"? Wasn't Walnut Grove supposed to be in Minnesota?

There really is a Walnut Grove Minnesota and Laura Ingalls lived there for about 5 years. It's all there in"On The Banks of Plum Creek" by Laura Ingalls Wilder.Although she never mentioned the name of the town, that's where it was!

not set in Minnesota, but an honorary Minnesota sitcom is The Golden Girls, with all of Rose's stories about St. Olaf, Minnesota
