You select a moving avatar in exactly the same way you post a static one! But like the kids said - first, you gotta find one. If you're looking for a moving flag then just search the net for "flags" and you're bound to find a moving one. That's how I got mine. Unfortunately I can't remeber the name of the site where I found mine otherwise I'd tell you. Sorry.
