OK, I taped in 1997 the Munsters and addams family marathon and they showed 4 commercials and 3 retromercials. Now it is all this hair tonic and facial cream and etc. the only decent one is the Old El Paso and Orville Redonbocher's PopCorn.

Another one that they run quite a bit and that's the one where the guy on the horse tells us he has diabetes. Not making fun of the disesase, just saying they run that commercial in the ground.

Oh, I thought it was Billy Mays! Either way, this guy should have his own show -- just like Emeril. He could play an infomercial spokesman who has a wacky staff and a wacky family at home -- just like Emeril!
"And if you call right now, we'll supersize your 2 1/2 gallon tub to a six-gallon bucket!"
And since when did oranges become a grease fighter?

LOL! I'm not sure if it's Hayes or Mayes either....hmmm. You're Probably Right, LOL
Yes! He should have his own show!
Billy: My producers at the Infomercial Palace have told me I can't say a word I've been saying. But I bet you can guess. It's a citrus fruit. You squeeze it.
Audience: ORANGES!
LOL. Let's see what his procduts are:
Oxi-Clean (The MOTHER SHIP!)
Orange-Glo (The Middle Child)
Orange-Clean (The LEss Seen of the Three, the Madga Gabor of the Clean/Glos lol)
And one time in the middle of the ngiht, TV-Guide Channel played a long Orange Glo (or Clean) commercial...Billy (The Man EVERYONE KNOWS! LOL) had a corospodent at the news desk. Sad, yes. Not that. The sad part is that I'm awake then LOL!
LOL!!!
I saw that!
He had some lady and he looked like he was tired of it himself!!!
And dawsongirl I know what you mean about Pink Floyd. It's Pink Floyd,America,Rod Stewart and Neil Diamond. Those CD commercials get on my nerves!!!!!!
And the mother of then all:
50 #1 COUNTRY HITS!!!!!!!
I don't care about the prettiest girl in the world,I don't care about who needs a spanking,I don't care if a man loves little baby ducks!
I love the Once Upon A Song commercial mainly because of "And then mah mamma socked it to the Harper Valley,P.T.A!!!!!"

"I Love...Little Baby Ducks." I laugh everytime that comes on. I can't believe someone wrote a song like that!
And I can't stand the way Neil Diamond sings "I'm a Believer." That would make me boycott the whole CD.

'Freedom is just another word for,,,,nothing else to lose'
'T'day Billy Jo McCallister jumped off the Tallahatchee River'
'That's the night that lights went out in Georgia'
'I heard my Mama cry.I heard her pray the nigth Chicago died'
'And then my Mama socked it to the Harper Valley,PTA!'
'______sided on my own Alone Again,Naturally!"
And The other 70s CD:
'Let's steal away steal away why don't we steeeeeeal aaaawaaay!'
'What a fool believes!!!!!!!'
'Dancing after dark,Walking in the park and reminiscing.'
And I love the Old El Paso song!!!:
Mom:One pound of hamburger sits in the fridge
Kids:Mom what's for dinner?
Mom:Is the question I dread!
Man:
Well ma'am have you tried Old El Paso brand tacos
Just 15 minutes....
All:Poured on it Spanish with the first bite!
Man:Thanks to the bright yellow box!!!!
All:The box is a kit,the kit is a hit!

LOL This may seem weird to y'alls, but for some reason I like it when they play a commercials for a CD with the song "Afternoon Delight" lol
"Skyrockets in Flight. Afternoon Delight"
I know, it don't make no sense. But have I ever lol?
I love the 60s/70s CDs ones lol I really want one of those CDs they have commercials for...Basicly all the songs that are vital to Disco.
"Shake Ya Groove Thang, Shake Ya Groove Thang, Baby. Show'em How to Do It Now!"
Also, I love the one 60s commercial where they play "Downtown"...and "The Ed Sullivan Show" commercials...with The Jackson Five, The Mama & the Papas, The Beachboys, Beatles, The Rolling Stones...Sorry, Way off Track lool

Don't forget 'Orange Clean'!
BTw, JT, it 'Might as Well Go Home. Now I'm on my own. Alone Again, Naturally"
I'm not sure about the second line. That song is in two commercials, the one you're probably talking about only had the last two lines, there's another one where it has those three.

Orange Clean is in the Oxi-Clean commercial (Or is that Orange Glo?), but it also has it's own commercial now. I think I've seen it once on TV Land, lol.
I hate the Sears commercials! They stopped after Christmas, thank goodness bout that!

This morning I saw an Orange Glo commercial but I haven't seen those Orange Clean ones yet. Is it just me or does Billy Mayes seem obsessed with selling things with the word "orange" in it?

Just to clear something up for y'all- here are the lyrics to "Alone Again, Naturally," by Gilbert O'Sullivan,
Alone Again (Naturally)
In a little while from now
If I'm not feeling any less sour
I promise myself to treat myself
And visit a nearby tower
And climbing to the top will throw myself off
In an effort to make it clear to who
Ever what it's like when you're shattered
Left standing in the lurch at a church
Where people saying: "My God, that's tough
She's stood him up"
No point in us remaining
We may as well go home
As I did on my own
Alone again, naturally
To think that only yesterday
I was cheerful, bright and gay
Looking forward to well wouldn't do
The role I was about to play
But as if to knock me down
Reality came around
And without so much, as a mere touch
Cut me into little pieces
Leaving me to doubt
Talk about God and His mercy
Or if He really does exist
Why did He desert me in my hour of need
I truly am indeed Alone again, naturally
It seems to me that there are more hearts
broken in the world that can't be mended
Left unattended
What do we do? What do we do?
Alone again, naturally
Now looking back over the years
And whatever else that appears
I remember I cried when my father died
Never wishing to hide the tears
And at sixty-five years old
My mother, God rest her soul,
Couldn't understand why the only man
She had ever loved had been taken
Leaving her to start with a heart so badly broken
Despite encouragement from me
No words were ever spoken
And when she passed away
I cried and cried all day
Alone again, naturally
Alone again, naturally
Depressing huh? :)

LOL Yeah. The perfect thing to get me off the caffiene lol. Now all I need is someone to PM me the lyrics to "Que Sera Sera" by Doris Day to cheer me up lol. But then again, It might depress me too! AHHHHH!
Anywaz, I will sing the part I know lol:
Que Sera Sera,
Whatever Will Be, Will Be.
The Future's not ours to see.
Que Sera Sera,
Whatever Will Be, Will Be.
The Future's not ours to see.
Que Sera Sera.

 I have an LCD screen, so bad singing won't break it! That is, unless I sang! :)
I think it is safe to add Cristy Lane and Red Skelton to the list. But I have grown to love both of them.....
"One set of footprints in sanc?......Lord you promised me you'll my hand"
You can actually witness Cristy get older in the commercial. There's the one with her with the mic and the white dress/muumuu and the one with her over that orangish background.
"I'm only human.....I'm just a woman.....help me beleive in what I can be and all that I am......"
Now for the Red Skelton comments:
Who doesn't love those commercials?
The bloopers those celebs make are hilarious!!!!!
Telly Savales:
Red:What you do in the Army?
Telly starts laughing.
George Gobel:
George:She has a big coat on but I know that's her.
George starts laughing.
Martha Raye has to have the funniest one!!!!!!That's because you can hardly understand what she says....all I know is that she makes that phhhhf noise towards the left of the screen and starts laughing. And the Christmas tapes.....sounds like the woman sing We Wish You a Merry Christmas is threatning someone with the song!!!!

Can I add another commericial to my list? It's the commericial to Crossroads. The movie with Britney Spears in it. I've got the "I'm not a girl, not yet a woman" song in my head. God, I hate when people repeat those commericials where they get stuck in my head. :(
