Its funny how there are lots of moons around the different planets in our solar system. Mars has the moons "Deimos" and "Phobos". Pluto has the moon "Charon" . Jupiter has like 17 moons. Neptune has a bunch.

Basicley what im trying to say is that there are lots of different moons in our solar system with lots of different names. And what is earth's moons name? Its called "Moon"

Actually, the scientific name is Luna from what I've heard.

Funny that I noticed this board today and saw this post just now.... i noticed the moon in the sky this morning while I was driving to work ( at 730am ) and the sun was up. I havent seen that all too often.

Luna...Luna.. that name reminds me of Donna Summer. Nevermind that... but anyways, I wish I could live on the moon. That would be awesome.

Actually Luna is spanish for Moon, so it is still just called moon. :)
