"The Brady Bunch":
1. when Monkee Davy Jones accompanied Marcia to her prom
"Laverne & Shirley":
1. when they met Fabian
2. when The Spinners appeared (it was when Frank had to babysit for a chimp--one of the California episodes)
"Perfect Strangers"
1. when Larry and Balki went to Las Vegas, hoping to get tickets to Wayne Newton, who guest-starred

I have 2 -
Davy Jones on the Brady Bunch and
Sammy Davis on All in the Family
My favorites are:
1. Here's Lucy "Lucy and Donny Osmond"
Lucy's daughter Kim wins a contest where she gets a dream date with Donny Osmond. In this episode, Donny sings "Too Young" and one other song. The show also features my favorite Brady, Eve Plumb.
2. Happy Days
The episode where Frankie Avalon appears to sing for Howard's lodge brothers. Nobody was sure whether he would actually show up so the Fonz had to take his place for a few minutes and lip-sync to Frankie's hit "Why". It was probably the funniest of all the post-Ron Howard episodes.
3. The Facts Of Life "'62 Pick-Up"
50s teen idols Fabian and Bobby Rydell visit Eastland where the whole gang gets caught up in a flashback sequence where the girls are back-up singers in an early 60s rock band.
4. The Partridge Family "A Knight In Shining Armour"
The one with Bobby Sherman as a struggling songwriter. Still my favorite PF episode.
To me the best one by far came from the sitcom with Eve Arden & Kaye Ballard called "The Mothers-In Law". A sitcom produced by Desi Arnaz.
One ep. had the real life ( though short lived -only had one hit ) band called The Seeds. The Seeds were one of those 60s bands in the same league as Strawberry Alarm Clock, Jefferson Airplane,
The Grass Roots, Iron Butterfly ect...
Even though for some strange reason The Seeds who called by another name on the show ,they DID do their only hit "Pushin too Hard" on the show.
Just the look of Deborah Walley getting down and dancing and seeing even Kay Ballard enjoying it plus with Eve Arden and Roger C. Carmel rolling their eyes back as if they wished they were someplace else while this band played..classic stuff.
Dont have too many esp. of this show in my collection but I DO have this one. Glad I taped it when I did.
Wonder if Desi Arnaz was doing the frug or something when The Seeds were playing.
