Wait a minute, are you talking about Solanus Casey, the church father who was learning disabled -- he couldn't read languages like Latin and German that were necessary to study for the priesthood at the time -- so he was ordained only conditionally -- couldn't administer some of The Sacraments, but he got a real reputation as a counselor, people would go to him with their tragedies and he would pray for them and sometimes stuff happened? This was about 100 years ago and his cause for Sainthood has been turned in.
