Camille Grammer wants an additional $10 million from husband Kelsey Grammer, and the reason behind her request is a bit macabre. She wants the divorce court to grant her the sum in case Kelsey Grammer dies shortly after his impending marriage to Kayte Walsh.

According to a report from Popeater, the entire situation is a bit of a conundrum. Camille fears that if Kelsey Grammer dies after marrying Kayte Walsh that she will have to "pay out of her own pocket for any litigation regarding his estate."

Kelsey has just recently filed to bifurcate his marriage to Camille Grammer. This means he has requested that the judge "sign off on the divorce." This is typically only done when one of the parties involved wants to remarry immediately.

Since there was no prenuptial agreement between Camille and Kelsey Grammer, she and her lawyers fear that there hasn't been time enough to properly review Kelsey's assets, which include his Screen Actors Guild Pension, to which Camille Grammer is entitled a portion. Therefore, she has filed court papers challenging the bifurcation.

Does it sound like Camille Grammer has a death wish for Kelsey? While of course these things do have to be taken into consideration, discussing a chance of his demise immediately following his marriage to Kayte Walsh has an incredibly creepy feel to it.

Have you ever heard of a bifurcation? It would be interesting to learn how often such an act takes place in divorce court. It will be even more interesting to learn if Camille Grammer is able to delay the act, and obtain the additional $10 million from Kelsey.

A solo performance was to be expected but a full-fledged symphony is even better. :D
