Silly question

This might be a silly question but this is for those of you who have seen the episode "How Did We Get Here?" ( I think thats what its called). Does anyone know if the baby who played little Alli was really one of the twins? It looked just liked them and even though the baby's hair was in pigtails, at that time the twin's hair was long enough to put in pigtails.

You know that thought went thru my mind to, and it isn't a silly question. :) Their hair was longer back then and could have been put up in pig tails.
