Actually I've never heard of any of those. Isn't eating unhealthily (in moderation, of course) the whole point of 'eating out'? ;)

That's been my philosophy for years but I need to change that since I'm getting older-lol

Yeah, I hear ya. Our ability to process all that junk does diminish as we age, that's for sure. There was a time I'd binge on Oreos, drink whole milk by the gallon, full sugar pop, and fruit pies (ahhh...fruit pies...).

Can't do that stuff anymore though. :(

And I want to go to Red Lobster once and get something that is not fried-lol

Do you ever look at the nutrition facts that some fast food restaurants provide? Whenever I do, I almost feel like walking out of the place; there's pretty much nothing that doesn't seem destined to give you a heart attack or diabetes!! Holy smokes, the sodium and fat that those places churn out!

Au Bon Pain is pretty good. Their roast beef ceasar sandwich on rosemary wheat bread is amazingly good!

Corner Bakery is expensive as all get out and their food isn't great, either.

Panera Bread is also really good, especially their fresh strawberry and mixed greens salad that they offer in the summer.

Noodles & Co. I have heard of, but have never gone to.

Jason's Deli I have never heard of.

I don't know if Cozzi's is a national chain, but if not they should be. They have some of the best salads anywhere and most of their lunch offerings are quite healthy and are less than 700 calories apiece.

I haven't been to or heard of any of those places. For healthy stuff I go to Subway or Red Brick Pizza for their whole wheat crust.

OH Nuts!

Only one I've heard of is Au Bon Pain. And they have way toooo many tempting things for me there even if they have a few healthy options. (I'm better of eating at home these days & its cheaper too)

The only one I know is Panera because I get their damn bread every time I volunteer at my church, go to my church, and/or go to another place where I volunteer.

But McDonald's surprisingly is the healthier fast food burger chain...but don't go rushing toward there and get yourself a burger!

But I also prefer Subway as well, they make good sandwiches. I have a Ham & Cheese with Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion, Cucumbers, and Bell Peppers with a Honey Mustard Sauce.

I went to Nashville with two of my cousins not so long ago and we stopped at a place called Chiptole (or however you spell it). It was rated number one buy PETA because they treat there animals humanely. I guess that's healthy since they don't jack up their cows with steriods.
I've heard of only a few places on this list. Jason's Deli sounds familiar and we have a Panera Bread that just opened.

I have only heard of Panera bread and that's because that's the only one we have in our state and we have to drive an hour to go eat there. The closes thing we have to a healthy fast food place in my area is Subway.
