I need help with two things... :D
1. How in the hello do you change a mpeg file to a .wav file?
2. I'm taking my driver's permit test sometime this week (I know the tests vary state to state...probably), but are there like any specifics for me to focus on? Tips...anyone?

I would suggest focusing on the seat belt laws and drinking and driving laws! In Michigan these laws are really enforced! Good luck and PLEASE DRIVE SAFELY!

The test really isn't that hard, Lollie Pop. IM me and I will give you the specifics. I took it this August...this is the advantage you have of me living in your state and being a few months older than you. I'll tell ya what ya need to know! There are four different tests they give so there is no way of telling which particular one you will get. You are allowed to miss up to either five or six questions and still pass...I know I missed one below the limit. Either way, IM me and I'll tell ya what it was like. Gotta go now!
Luega!

actully wait it is........ Download the program Konverter from Download.com(Around 5mb i believe), And Konvert it frm a MPEG to an AVI(The AVI File willl take a lot of space) Then download VidEdit, Load the AVI File, Click on Audio, Go up to Edit, Then Copy it, Open Sound Recorder, Click Paste, save it as a wav file...... There ya go :)
Actually, I figured you were talking about an MPEG layer-3 file (IE: MP3) [What do you think MP3 meant]
BTW: To decode
Very simple
Here it comes...
Just go do a search on Dowload.com (http://download.cnet.com) for a MP3 to Wav decoder, download, install, run, decode.
