In a January 1991 episode, there was an FBI alert for three men named McCarthy, Hickey and Washington Jr. Does any one have full names on these fugitives?

Arthur Lee Washington Jr. and I can't think of the other two but I remember they were drug dealers but were captured. As far as I know Arthur Washington is still at large

Arthur Washington Jr had AIDS, surely he is dead now. (Hopefully).....
