well when I was little I skiied but haven't in awhile and as soon as the snow comes I'm taking snow boarding lessons this year

I almost broke my nose last time I went skiing. I also practically pulled both my arms right out their sockets (or, at least it felt like it) so I won't be going skiing again any time soon!

My favorite is skiing but I snowboard every once in awhile. I love skiing but I haven't done enough snowboarding to really get into it. This is partly because I own a pair of skis but I have to rent a snowboard, and I never feel like shelling out the extra bucks to rent one. I usually snowboard about once a season but that's not enough to really improve so I spend most of the day with my face in the snow – ouch! I would love to become a better snowboarder.
