Which do you where glasses, contacts, or neither. I were contacts. They are blue and also make my eyes more blue than they already are.

Neither, but if I had to wear contacts, I'd want GREEN ones. :D

If I had to wear anything, probably glasses. Then I'd get sick of them and switch to contacts

I wear niether. I have good eye sight ;) and I hope to keep that way for a long time. But if my eyes went bad I would choose blue contact lenses. :D

Contacts. I used to wear aqua blue ones, but then I got astigmatism and couldn't wear them anymore.

I'm glad don't wear either.

Well, most of the time, I wear neither- but for driving purposes, I wear glasses. If my vision was any worse, I would probably still wear glasses, although I think I look better w/out them.

I don't wear either of them, but if I had
to choose one, I would rather wear glasses. I've seen people put contacts in
and I don't know how they can do that, it
looks like it could be painful or it could burn your eyes for a few seconds. I
couldn't handle that!!!!!!!!!

I have contacts. They're clear... Nothing too exciting there. I wish I had blue ones, though, but colored contacts are just too expensive, so... I don't even know if blue ones would work, because I have really dark brown eyes.

I used to wear glasses but I've had the same pair for ages and my eyes have 'outgrown' them. Now I can see better without them. I still need glasses though. I should probably buy a new pair but I'd rather keep my wages for fun stuff - DVD's and magazines and all the stuff I usually buy. :D
Not very mature of me, huh?

I want contacts like Mike Myers wears for Dr. Evil. That is like, the most INTENSE blue I've ever seen and it's soooooooooooooooooooooooo cool.

I've got 2 pairs of glasses, computer glasses and a pair that I wear any other time. I used to hate to wear them but now I like them. I just have to get the right frames. If I could tolerate putting things in my eyes, i'd get violet contacts.

Exactly how I feel. I wear glasses. Eye doc. told me that I should look into contacts instead, but I have that fear of touching my eye. I guess I'm just stuck with glasses then.

I finally got a new pair of glasses last week. I just got new lenses put into the frames I already had cos it was gonna cost me a fortune. I still ended up paying over 80 quid but it would've been over 100 if I'd gotten new frames too.
The stupid part is I stood on my glasses the other night and almost broke them completely! I think I've just about managed to bend 'em back into shape!

Well a week following that post, I got glasses, LOL.
But I cannot wear them. I cannot stand anything on my face. Like hats. Hate stuff on my head. So I am BEGGING for contacts, but my parents are so damn stupid. "What are we going to do with 2$150 pairs of glasses?!" Well Jesus, I think they want me to keep straining my eyesight until I end up blind.....

Yeah, me too Marlene. I'm practically blind... I probably couldn't survive a day of school without my glasses...Wouldn't be able to see a thing on the board....

I wear both!! I mpostly wear my glasses though. I am practically blind in one eye, so the doctors prefer me to wear glasses, so my other eye will be safe.

I need glasses to drive that's for sure. I also need to go back to the eye doctor. I gotta make sure I don't get the same person. I think the guy's a butt. He should have given me a stronger perscription. This isn't really doing it.

When I first got contacts I was 13. I couldn't put them in. I had so much trouble with them. So everyday my dad would put my contacts in for me. Now its been 5 years and they are so much better than glasses. It doesn't hurt to put them in.

I sympathize with you having such an idiot for an eye doctor. I have yet to find a good one. I used to go to this guy at Wal-Mart vision center. I have really strange eye sight, and the prescription is different at the top of my lenses and at the bottom (I don't use bi-focals though, I have a wierd eye disorder)
Anyway, that guy mixed up the prescription and I had sever headaches and lost a lot of my vision before they figured out the mistake. Then I went to this guy who seemed really nice, and ran a lot of tests, and fixed my vision problems. However, when I took my daughter to see him (she was only two and already needed to get glasses:( ) he was mean to her. She was scared of him, and cried and closed her eyes during the exam. He yelled at her and said he had more important patients to see. I was forced to be rude back to him, and he apologized, but after I got her glasses, I haven't been back to him.
I need to find another eye doctor, because that was two years ago, and I think we both need a new prescription!
