Help: What's the Title of This Sad Instrumental Song?

When someone dies or something very sad happens in a movie (or even a TV show), a lot of times this specific instrumental piece is played. Usually the scene is slowed down to slow motion and it might even be black & white. The piece is really slow and I'm pretty sure a piano is the main instrument. I was hoping someone knows what I'm talking about and knows what it's called.
