Hey there people,

Question about an old case I haven't seen in forever. It was definetely labeled as SCI MED. It was about a family who had about 5 or 6 members die under mysterious circumstances. I believe one man was playing baseball when he died.

Also there was a similar case where people died (either in a family or strangers living on 1 island) from cyanide poisoning. Please help a brother out. Thanks in advance!

Question about an old case I haven't seen in forever. It was definetely labeled as SCI MED. It was about a family who had about 5 or 6 members die under mysterious circumstances. I believe one man was playing baseball when he died.

That one was about a Guamanian family that was plagued by a mysterious heart virus of some sort. Apparently the condition is very rare and, obviously, hereditary--the segment was more or less an appeal to members of the medical community who may have treated similar patients or families who had experienced the same pattern of disease. I remember the patriarch of the family died as a young man in Guam sometime in the early '60s, and upon moving to the continental U.S., the family experienced a string of other deaths over three decades--mainly of the male members. I believe the family's name was Santos, but it's been so long since I've seen the segment that I could be mistaken.
