Earlier today, I got an iPod Touch. It was time to go to church, so while downloading it to iTunes, I took it off the USB cord because I was going to go to church with my grandmother and wanted to it show her. Now, I don't think it doesn't recoginizes me. Am I going to have to start over again or is their a way to retrieve my account?

OK. So, one more question. I want to download some apps, but can't without my account info for my prepaid debit card. Question: what number or whatever do I type in? And does the prepaid debit card have anything to do with the info they want? Sorry. I'm way not hi-tech. lol.

I'm not sure how prepaid debit cards would work on iTunes. I think you would enter the 16 digits on the front of the card for your account info. If you buy a iTunes gift card you can use that to purchase apps.

I figured out the login info to iTunes account (a few hours ago) and when I typed it in to download my fist app, it said it has disabled for security reasons!! Stupid thing.

For the debit card thing, just type in the number on the front of your card. iTunes doesn't charge anything to have an account, they just need your info in case you buy stuff.
Try restarting your iPod for the other stuff. I'm not sure how restarting works on an iPod Touch, but on a nano, you just hold the play button and the middle button down at the same time.

I saw a YouTube video and you have to do that, too, on the iPod.l. I'll keep you posted. If all else fails, my aunt said she'll contact iTunes. I'm sure it'll be worth it in the end, but right now, I feel like throwing in the towel. lol.

Did you disconnect it from your iTunes before you unhooked it from the USB? Because if you don't disconnect it properly it could jack it up big time.

Yea. I did. Knew it was a bad idea, but did it anyway. lol. I discovered when I tapped the iTunes Terms and Conditions (under the App store) that they have a Google section. You can tap it and it'll take you any place on the web. just type in you web distination. I hope using that isn't a form of stealing. lol. Is it?
