Paris Hilton Reportedly Busted With Pot in South Africa

JOHANNESBURG (AP) Two South African police officers say that Paris Hilton was detained in the city of Port Elizabeth, while in possession of marijuana.

The officers spoke on condition of anonymity Friday, since they were not authorized to release Hilton's name before she appears in court.

One officer said Hilton was caught with an unspecified amount of marijuana, and was appearing in court.

A spokeswoman for police at Port Elizabeth, Brig. Marinda Mills declined to confirm the name, but said a high profile person was appearing in court on drug-related charges.

Fox News just reported that the charges against her were dropped, and that her agent said it was another person in her group that did it.

Whew! I don't think I could have stood another "Paris in Prison" month like we had a couple of years ago. :rolleyes:

It galls me to no end that disgustingly rich spoiled airheads, despite all their resources, can't find something productive to do with their time. When I think of that poor woman offering a 1K reward for a job, space cadets like Paris infuriate me to no end.
