What is the difference between Coke and Pepsi? I taste no difference.

it's hard to describe differences in taste but all i know is that I like pepsi better then coke. I am a die-hard pepsi guy, but you can't really say one is better than the other, it's a a matter of personal preference.

Daytripper is right - you can't really describe the difference. It's like when my English friend asked me to describe Irn Bru - you can't describe what Irn Bru tastes like....it just tastes like Irn Bru.
I prefer Coke - but not Diet Coke - just the ordinary one. Diet versions of drinks always suck.
The best drink in the world is Red Bull. The second best drink in the world is Ribena.:D

Actually, yeah - that's a good point. Ok, congrats to Lisa Whelchel Forever for being the first person to describe one difference between coke and pepsi :)

I am a die hard COKE fan! To me pepsi is just brown water with a kick! I think Coke has a better "kick" to it. But that's just me.....

Hey, give me Sprite before anything else...
~in high school, my Chemistry teacher did an experiment leaving Pepsi on a raw T-bone steak overnight, and the next day, the bone was picked clean and showed signs of corrosion itself. and NO there weren't any mice or anything...she left a cover over the top of the plate.
Plus from the statistics our teacher gave us, Coke is best used as a pipe cleaner like DRANO or flushed down the toilet to clean out the septic tank.
Food for thought. Plus if you drink Diet Coke/Diet Pepsi, you're at a higher possibility for getting brain cancer than regular soda. It's the aspertame in Nutrasweet that's in those.

"Brain Cancer"?? From Nutrasweet?? Sorry, but whoever told you that was probably just trying some twisted way of making you give up sugar. Nutrasweet does not pose a risk of "brain cancer" or any other type of cancer for that matter. If it did then it wouldn't be so widely used.
Think about it.

IMHO:
Coke is fizzier and Pepsi is sweeter. That's what it seems like to me anyway. Hey, did you know if you put a can of diet coke and a can of regular coke in your pool, one of them sinks and one doesn't! Isn't that cool...I tried it once!
Oh yeah- Coke in glass bottles tastes WAY better than coke in a can or plastic bottles...
I just found out an interesting bit of info. Did you know that Nutrasweet increases your appetite and causes you to eat more? That pretty much defeats the purpose of drinking something 'diet'.

Yeah. If I drink ANY Coke at all, I'll only drink it from the glass bottles. It's just something with soda in glass bottles...

Sorry Mossopp, but I have read it in medical journals and other wonderful things like that, and it doesn't mean that the occasional Diet Coke will give you brain cancer, it just means that if you drink it in abundance every day or something like that you WILL increase your risk of brain cancer.
Bear in mind they took aspertame (the main ingrediant in Nutrasweet) and RUBBED IT ON A RATS HEAD until they found it gave the rat brain cancer. It's not that aspertame used in a diet coke will kill you or even give you brain cancer, it's that it increases your risk.
THINK about this: Studies prove that if you eat a slice of pepperoni pizza and drink a diet coke every day you are more likely to get at least one form of cancer...most likely brain cancer. (Note it says EVERY DAY.)

PS-dont rub nutrasweet on your head.
