I used to use Apple all the time when I was in High School, but they are way too confusing now.

:::dumb question:::
Are Apples the same as Macs? I'm computer illiterate on certain things.

YUP...the company is Apple Macintosh.
Personally, I USE an IBM compatible PC...I EAT Macintosh apples. That being said, I'd like to see an Apple user eat a PC. ;)

LOL, one of the freaky-ass things I have made up in my head...we saw this little pig/cow/dog lookin thing in a restaurant (my friends and I that is) and we said it must "MOINK" but bark it out like a dog...and we came up with some other crazy things...like a cat cow.
When I go home, I will find our picture of a cat cow and post it here...won't be til late tonight though...but worth looking at. :D

Ahem... could say something, but it's SO not board approprate! See my last name is McIntosh....you figure t out........
If we're talking about right now, I'd say PC, but in elemetary school (for me, 1991-97) my various classmates and I had some pretty great times (okay, maybe not great, but about as good as it gets at school) playing games like Oregon Trail and Number Munchers on Apple IIs.

OMG, I used to LOVE playing Oregon Trail, it's the coolest game to teach a little kid to play!
I miss the days when I wanted to get the colour monitor to play Oregon Trail in the computer lab! *sighs* memories.
**moo**
PS...Didn't forget about the cat cow, just got busy...I'm not even HOME right now. lol

Oregon Trail was the best thing about computer lab in elementary school! I also thought playing with that Turtle thing was fun (I don't know what it was called?) It was that program where you used commands to draw a simple picture. Forward 20, right 90……it took forever. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Definitely Apple, although unfortunately I have a PC (b/c it was given to me for free). If you're someone who has to write a lot of term papers, you've probably already discovered that most of the software that's compatible with the PC happens to be Microsoft products.
Thumbs down to Microsoft and Bill Gates (for selling crap to people all the time....most of my professors often make this complaint too). I am so sick of all the bugs that come with Microsoft products and software (for instance- no doubt that everyone here is familiar with the famous line from Microsoft that goes "There was an internal error. One or more of your windows will be shut down") [and then you have no choice but to close down your window.] Ridiculous!!!
