Here's a good poll for you sitcom fans out there. Did the New York highlights on Diff'rent Strokes fit your fancy, or did The Three's Comapny credits make ya laugh? Post your favorite opening theme song credit scene here.
My favorite was The Ropers, where Mr. Roper was dancing with the plunger!

Mine was in the later, season 8 or so FOL episodes... when before they got to the present day character, they had little flashbacks from different seasons.

I love it when, in the beginning of "Head of the Class", Mr. Moore rushes to get to school on time and then he opens his door and there is his entire class, clapping for him! It's a great way to start the day!

WKRP had a cool musical ending.
But I also am fond of the Jeffersons closing theme. And Get Smart and Golden Girls too http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif

My favorite WKRP
charcter is Andy Travis.

I think 'Get A Life' had the best theme song credits. Chris Elliott delivering newspapers on his bike to the tune R.E.M.'s song 'Stand'. That part at the end where the woman bends over to pick up her paper and Chris crashes his bike into a parked car while trying to get a look is great.

i thourouly enjoyed Roseanne's final season credits with the little morphing effect for each character..
i loved Hanging With Mr. Coopers first season opeing with Dawn Lewis and En Vouge.
i loved the Clueless opeing and i love ho Murphy Brown never really had an opeing, just the Red line with Murphy Brown running threw it. and i really nejoyed the Punky Brewster opening.

I liked the Three's Company begining from Season 4 and 5. I haven't seen the Ropers thing, but it sounds very funny!

Chrissy: And Lucretia Borzok.
Janet: She posioned people.
Chrissy: Yeah, but she was very goo at it.
