lucky!!! Where I live, we had NO snow in November and that was the first time in 120 years, can you believe it?! 120 years that my town went without snow for the whole month of November. Then, today, I looked out the window and I THOUGHT it was snowing so I ran outside but it was only a light rain :( and the weather men keep saying that they don't expect snow anytime soon :( :( I WILL NOT stand for a green Christmas! lol! I hate it when there is no snow on Christmas, it just doesn't seem right :( o well, I'll let ya'll know when we get our first snow!

Your lucky. It never snows here. When it does, it melts quicker than you can say "I can't believe it snowed" 46 times!<-----exaggeration! I love snow. Last time it snowed here, I had a cold and couldn't enjoy it properly. Then by mid-day it was gone. Dumb luck! No... more like desert life... Nothing new for me.

It snowed here two years ago for five minutes and melted as soon as it hit the ground then an hour later the sun was out.

Over the past few years, it has been snowing less and less where I live. A few years ago, we got like 4 feet of snow and were out of school for a week. Couple years later, a total of 7 snow days. Year later, 1 snow day. Last year, no snow days, but we did get out of schoool an hour early one day. This year... let's just say that on Wednesday we broke the record high of 68 degrees for December 5 in our area. It was 71. In December. That was just too weird. I haven't even gotten out my winter coat yet. It was pretty cold today, but I don't expect snow anytime soon.

last year we had a blizzard! It was SWEET! lol! the whole city was shut down and the first day of it, the busses couldn't get to school to bring us home and a lot of us had to stay at the school overnight, it was actually pretty fun! Then we had 6 or 7 snow days, it was awesome! lol

Don't give up the faith, LaverneShirley....this is Ohio, the state where the weather is always annoyingly unpredictable and can turn on a dime. 71 degrees in December? Ah yes I remember that day....it was also a record up here. But this is Ohio so that doesn't surprise me in the least.
Trust me, in the next week, we can be expecting a mixture of temperatures in the range of 32-65, sunny skies, thunderstorms, tornadoes, and snow. Or at least it wouldn't surprise me! :D
lol, anyways, I'm not really expecting any snow soon either....it doesn't usually seem to snow alot until January....

Well about an hour after my post, it started to rain. Now it just looks bleak and discusting outside. The snow killed anything that had a chance. It was soo nice earlier this week. :( oh well

We have snow too! I'm so pumped! It's the same as Karli's snow because, well, we live near each other. lol I was so happy because it's been so warm this past week! It's supposed to warm up again this week... I hope we get more snow for Christmas because well, you know, snow makes Christmas more Christmasy. :)

I won't argue with that. But you know, I WANT to experience snow like that. All my life, winter has come and gone with little more than a few days of cold weather and sometimes a day of snow in January. I know I don't know what "real" snow is like but... I want to know. I'm tired of warm winters. Do you know I've never even seen a snow angel, unless I watch tv? That's no way to live.
My dream is to shovel snow.:)

Well then you are more than welcome to come over and shovel all the snow off my driveway this winter. My mum can never get her car down it in bad weather.
I used to love it when my drive would get covered in snow when I was a kid though. Me and my friend Emma, who used to live next door, would slide down the drive on her mothers tea trays. Great fun! :D

Max, you WANT to shovel snow??? Snow I'd have to agree is awesome and I wouldn't want to not have it, but shoveling is no fun. I was out shoveling my driveway after school today. It's heavy snow and under it it's frozen into ice which it even harder to remove than the snow. You're welcome to come to my house and shovel my driveway too. Have you really never seen a snow angel? I feel bad for you. :)

Well, it doesn't snow in L.A. The closest we've been to snow, was a mid summer hale strom. It's been 80 degrees, then dropped to like 60 and has been very windy and cold the past couple of days.

Are you serious. 60 degrees is practicly freezing for us. It's like 45 now and raining and I think I have frost bight. Usually it's hot and humit around Christmas, but we have a storm so it's our time to freeze.
