I'm guessing you mean the avatars. You push the user cp button on top, then go to edit options, then go to change avatar and it will ask you for a picture. the picture has to be 125 pixels by 125 pixels or 25kb, whichever is smaller. You can upload directly from your computer. Hope that helps.
