Anyone recognize this cheesy 80's sitcom??

I vaguelly remember a show from the mid 80's that was a fish-out-of-water ripoff of the Beverly Hillbillies. The setup was a group of homeless men who came across a fortune allowing them to move into an upscale neighborhood, much to the consternation of the residents. Hillarity ensues, well not really, but somehow I still remember it. The theme song chorus was "There goes the neighborhood", but that doesn't seem to be the show's title. Any ideas?

The name of the show was "Easy Street". Loni Anderson & Jack Elam were in it. I remember it well, & I've been trying to forget it. :-)
