Help! What show am I thinking about?

I barely remember this show. I do remember though that the girl on the show could freeze time. There sure were some strange shows on back then. do you guys remember "The Charmings" and "Small Wonder"?

I've heard of Small Wonder, but never seen it. I have seen The Charmings, at least I'm pretty sure I did. Wasn't The Charmings with that eccentric 1700's king and queen family?

It was about Snow White and Prince Charming living in the modern world. I used to love that show! Does anyone remember how the first snow white looked like her and then they replaced her w/ some lady w/ brown hair? It didn't work. And I loved small wonder but i actually saw it the other day and boy was it corny!!
