I agree! I liked all of their storylines, even when they broke up they still had chemistry.

And they always had that wild hair in common! :lol:

They were a great couple...but I thought they made David TOO soft in later episodes..especially when Darlene was dating that other guy!! that was mean!!

I agree with you. David was a complete door mat. They also changed his name because when they first introduced him, he was Kevin and he had more of an attitude because he mentioned that he made DJ go to bed because he was getting on his nerves. Wonder why they changed his name. Overall, I did like them as a couple.

Exactly. I think they said that Darlene changed his name because she didn't like it!!..another door mat moment.

I always loved David, I think he was really good for Darlene. I also think they had to make his character much more soft because if he was anythink like Mark, and thank god he wasn't, The Connors would have disliked him. I thought it was funny that Roseanne and Dan both loved David but couldn't stand Mark.
