Two of the biggest stars from 2009's "American Idol," finalist Allison Iraheta and grand-prize winner Kris Allen, will be singing on "Billboard's New Year's Eve Live" on Fox Dec. 31 at 11 p.m.
Carmen Electra will be the host of the live broadcast from the Las Vegas Strip.
