According to The Hollywood Reporter, Sony is moving ahead with its third Men in Black film. Etan Cohen (Tropic Thunder) will write the script for MIB 3. THR reports that Barry Sonnenfeld is planning to direct the third film, although no formal deal is in place. There is no word yet if Will Smith or Tommy Lee Jones will be involved. Sony had announced the sci-fi three-quel in April.

Well, what's the point of doing it at all if Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones aren't going to be in it? :confused:

My advice to Sony: if Will and Tommy Lee aren't on board, don't bother!!!!

For sure. I won't bother seeing it. I hope Frank, the pug returns, too.

I actually am not a fan of Men in Black. I remember the popularity of it when it first came out and I didn't see what was so great about it. I also remember Will Smith's "Men in Black" song playing non-stop on the radio.

I never did see the second one.
