I think Archie and Edith would have a Home Comupter they could keep in touch with Mike And Gloria by E-mail.

If they did have one then it probably would be Gloria that got it for them. Edith would only use it for email and Archie would only use it to play solitare.

If this was on another thread, I apologize in advance. I would have loved to seen how Archie would have reacted and dealt with Barack Obama being elected president! And how he would have acted during the "Monicagate" scandal involving former President Clinton too.

As for a computer, I can picture Edith saying "I avoid visiting sites on the internet, because of the warning "oh what a tangled WEB we weave!"
