Personally, I think it's all of us American citizens and legal immigrants who should be outraged and offended by these illegal immigrants who just leech of of us while contributing nothing.

Where can I get me one of those costumes?

I agree with you Americans and legal immigrants should be outraged by illegal immigrants. I live in New Mexico and our governor often times seems to care more about illegals than the American citizens living in the state. Idenifty theft happens a lot here and often times American born Hispanics get their identities stolen by illegals. It has happened to a few of my relatives. Also in various states illegals have committed crimes such as murder and drunk driving accidents. If you google the names Elizabeth Pena, Jennifer Ertman Jamiel Shaw, Rodney Johnson and Anthony Bologna they are some of the victims of illegal immigrant criminals.

Oh for gosh sakes - what's so offensive about that?! Now if they had the alien head with brown skin or something, but even then. Maybe instead of bitchin' about Halloween costumes, they should be concentrating on gaining a proper green card!!

Meanwhile, I'm hearing that minority groups here are now protesting public schools allowing kids to wear their costumes to school and having costume parades because their cultures believe it's paganism. Sorry folks, what happened to coming to our countries and blending in with OUR customs, etc. just as we would have to wear something on our heads when in their country?

I have only two words for them.......BITE ME!!

I don't think it's an offensive costume at all. Besides, they're ILLEGAL aliens - they shouldn't even be here in the first place!

The school district I work in forbade Halloween costumes in the elementary schools a number of years ago because they had proven to be a huge distraction. The kids are hyper enough on Halloween as it is. Our PTO runs a school-wide Halloween party one evening close to Halloween.

I'm all for it being a day off :D
