I wish "TAXI" and "BARNEY MILLER had done 1 or 2. Maybe Jim could have gotten arrested for something and Alex comes down to bail him out or something. Or maybe one of the detectives arrests Louie for something. Now that would have been funny:lol:
Also, "THE DICK VAN DYKE SHOW" & "THE ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW". Maybe Rob, Laura and Richie are passing through Mayberry en route to somewhere and Andy or Barney arrests Rob for speeding or something and they somehow end up at the Taylors house.

Andy Griffith-Beverly Hillbillies. Can you imagine the Clampetts traveling through Mayberry and being ticketed by Barney, and Granny comparing her cooking to Aunt Bee's?

i'm really hoping that Monk has a crossover with at least one of the other USA shows - give at least a little continuity to their universe before he leaves us :crying:
most likely scenario would be Psych, seeing as the characters from each show have already visited the other's locations in previous episodes (Psych is set in Santa Barbara and Monk in San Franciso)
"Mary Tyler Moore" and "The Bob Newhart Show"

The Simpsons and Futurama should have done a crossover. Bender did appear briefly in one or two Simpsons episodes, but I don't think it really counts.

Lots of great ideas here; I like all the folks heading to Mayberry especially and the Taxi/Barney Miller idea.
I'd like to see a Twin Peaks/X-Files crossover; Mulder and Dale Cooper would have been a scream together, and maybe someone could have solved who or what "Bob" really was!
And because I think that Coach Reeves and Lou would have gotten along well, how about a "Lou Grant"/"White Shadow" crossover?

Leave it to Beaver and Mr. Ed. Could you imagine what Beaver would do with a talking horse? Of course he would want to take Ed home and make a pet out of him. "We could keep him in the garage Wally!"
I Love Lucy and The Honeymooners. Perhaps the Ricardo's and Mertz's could ride on Ralph's bus.

hIGH WAY TO HAVEN AND TOUCH BY AN ANGELit's been said before; "THE 3 STOOGES" WASN'T a TV show. (they made a lot of TV appearences and had 2 unsold pilots though)

I also wish "QUANTUM LEAP" and "MASH" would have had one, where Sam leaps into the body of B.J. or someone.
There was a "MASH/QUANTUM LEAP" fan fiction-wish I could remember the name; as it was a GREAT story. It had Sam leaping into Radars body in June, 1952.

Chico and the Man with Sanford & Son. They were set in the same suburb (Watts), and Chico actually mentioned S&S in one of his episodes.

It would have been very interesting to see a crossover with "Sanford and Son" and "What's Happening" since both shows used the same house as their main set!

they did? I never knew that.
How about "BEWITCHED" and "BONNANZA" or "GUNSMOKE". Aunt Clara or Esmerelda could accidentaly conzor up one of the Cartwrights or Marshall Dillion or someone.

my theory is for all the sitcoms that took place in the 90's and that time period in NYC could have crossed over....you could have a W and G and Friends crossover...where Jack chases Joey and Phoebe meets Karen...Monica and Will become friends and Ross dates Grace.... also SOTC , Everybody Loves Raymond, Seinfeld, ....
there was a case in the early 90s when The Single Guy and Caroline and the City had Friends characters on them...Chandler was on Caroline and Ross was on the Single guy and coincidentally Jonathan Silverman and David S are best friends in real life

once NBC had all its Thursday night comedies use the same premise, since they were all set in New York. The shows were "FRIENDS", "MAD ABOUT YOU", "SIENFELD", and I think "CAROLINE IN THE CITY". (well, almost all. I remember "SIENFELD" didn't do it.)

Yep! Just clean out the junk and clean up the dingyness and you'll see it's the same house!
Mine:
Taxi and Cheers - Especially since both shows had involvement from The Charles Bros., James Burrows and Sam Simon as their writers, The Charles Bros. and James Burrows as EP's of both shows, plus Rhea Pearlman appeared on her husband's shows semi-frequently and that Taxi moved to NBC by 1982 and that Cheers would begin airing on NBC in 1982.
Chico and the Man & Sanford and Son - This I could see, especially since they aired along side each other, plus they aired and taped at NBC, and they're both from L.A., just on opposite sides of the tracks.
American Dad! and Family Guy - especially considering the fact that they're created in the same universe by Seth MacFarlane.

Yes, the house that Roger, Dee, and their Mother(Mabel) live in on "What's Happening" is the same house Fred and Lamont Sanford lived in on "Sanford and Son". I guess it makes sense since both shows were set in the Watts neighborhood of Los Angeles.

I would've loved to have seen Matlock cross on over to In the Heat of the Night.
I think he would've saved Bill Gillespie's reputation and even his job as chief of police.
Plus, the fact that both shows took place in the south ItHotN (Mississippi) and Matlock (Georgia) and that they were both produced by Fred Silverman.
I would've loved to have seen two big-name ex-CBS sitcom stars meet each other. Andy Griffith, starred in a big name sitcom show of the '60s, Carroll O'Connor, starred in a big name sitcom show on CBS in the '70s.

Once on an early episode of "FRIENDS" (I think it was from the first season) Lea Thompson was in one scene and I think she was playing Caroline Duffy from "CAROLINE IN THE CITY".

maybe a special 3 or 4 hour "STAR TREK" combining all the casts sometime (and as a funny touch; would include cameos by Darth Vader etc. from the "STAR WARS" universe:lol:   )
