Well It Started I Thank In 1983 And It Ended In 1997 Or 1998 Then It Became Action Extreme Team And So I Remembered It.

It began in 1989 as the Cartoon Xpress. In 1996, it was changed to Action Extreme Team and that aired until 1999. So USA aired cartoons from 1989-1999 if I can remember.

Also, Action Extreme Team had "Mighty Max", "Superfriends", "Action Man", "Double Dragon", "Street Sharks", "Salior Moon", "UltraForce", "Sonic the Hedgehog", "Super Mario and Friends", "Gargoyles" and a couple originals.
It ran from 1996-1999.

Cartoon Express ran from 1989-1996. It had some Hanna-Barbera Shows in it's first couple years and from when I watched it from 1993-1996, it actually had "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" for three years (93-96), "Ghostbusters", "Dinosaucers", "Super Mario", "G.I. Joe" and I think "Denver the Last Dinosaur".

Also in its last season "Woody Woodpecker" and "Sonic" aired from 1995-1996 if I can remember. As for G.I. Joe and the Ninja Turtles.

I'm pretty sure it started before 1989 because I can remember wacthing it when i was a kid around 1985 or 86.

According to Toonarific.com, It says it began in February of 1989.

I remember watching it from 1993 to 1995 and then, since I was so obsessed with the Power Rangers, I watched FOX. Thanks to Kimberly!LOL Since I am on that subject, read my posts about my obsession with her. Gee, what in 1994 did FOX think of?
