TVSODVD just shared a rumor the the 1970's short-lived sitcom When Things Were Rotton, might be getting a DVD release!

That would be great. I'm a big fan of Mel Brooks and would love to be able to see this series!

Good news cause if it's released there is hope for other one year wonders and spinoffs like The Sanford Arms, The Ropers, and Fish.

None of which are owned by CBS/Paramount. So, no, there isn't. Apples and oranges.

Although if "When Things Were Rotten" is released and sells well and makes a profit for CBS/Paramount it might prompt other companies to look at their catalogs to see what one-year wonders they have that could generate similar profits if given a release.
