I went to tvguide.com and checked see what time Garfield will be on and it is not on FF on 9/3.

PB was wrong about 9/3. It starts on 9/4 at 12:30pm and also airs again at 1:30pm! Double the Garfield!

I just passed the message that Program Exchange gave me, I didn't say it myself.

Yes it starts on the 4th, but you got the times wrong, 12:30PM and 2PM.
Inspector Gadget is also coming!! That will air at 1:30PM!
