Dear sitcommers,

FYI, here is some info about a rare opportunity to see Joanna Gleason ("Hello, Larry", "ER", "Bette", "King of the Hill", "Oh Baby") live in concert! If you live in the Bay Area (CA) this is something not to be missed!

Golden Gate Performing Arts, Inc., proudly presents the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus in concert: "Encounters"
With special guest artist JOANNA GLEASON

Joanna Gleason may be best known for her current roles on "Bette", and in the feature film, "The Wedding Planner", but her background is extremely diverse. On Broadway, she won a Tony for her performance in "Into The Woods". In film, you’ve seen her in "Mr. Holland’s Opus" and Woody Allen’s "Crimes and Misdemeanors" and "Hannah and her Sisters". On television, she has appeared on "E.R.", "Friends", "King of the Hill", and "Oh Baby" on Lifetime. Now, you can see her LIVE AND IN PERSON with the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus in a concert entitled "Encounters"! Ms. Gleason is “simply happy to have the opportunity to wear sequins again”!

"Encounters", the Chorus’s 2nd subscription series concert this season, is a journey of love and adventure encompassing the emotional rollercoaster of young love, unrequited passion, true love, and growing old together, featuring a tapestry of fine, sensual music from classical, jazz, Broadway and pop styles.

Join JOANNA GLEASON and the Chorus, under the baton of their new Artistic director, Dr. Kathleen McGuire, for an encounter you’re sure to remember.

I wish I could attend Joanna's concert, but I just don't have the time, and April 28th and 29th are both on the way. She's a really funny lady. I liked her a lot on Bette.
