I remember a segment of Unsolved mysteries where there was this Asian family traveling in Arizona with a Uhaul trailer. Then they were hit from the back by a rig. So the whole family had to go to the hospital, but the police did not find who drove the rig that crashed into their Toyota 4Runner (I believe).

Robert Stack said the rig was a blue WhiteGMC.
Anyone know of any updates to this case?

I'm pretty sure you're describing the the Tommavon (spelling?) family. Sadly, two little girls died as a result of that accident. I wonder if whoever caused this was caught?

I remember it but I don't think it was shown very often. I have it on tape so let me know if you want any specific information but I think it was more of a quick Special Alert. I don't know of any updates to it unfortunately.
