Barney and Betty
My favorite was the little green man that popped in every now and then. You know, Kazoo or something like that. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif He was just so laid back and I adored his voice. He was just too funny. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif

Fred is my favorite Flintstones character.
I used to like this cartoon, and I would still if I ever see it, which is hardly ever. But one thing I don't see is why anyone would really *like* Fred Flintstone. He was developed as a selfish, boastful, dumb clod. Wilma is not a whole lot better... she finds her birthday present is some kind of cheap bird and she hits Fred over the head with the bird and cage.
Barney and Betty are more likable. Barney can be as dumb, but not as mean, as Fred; and his wisecracks were occasionally funny. Betty is the one I find most likable with the best common sense.

The five central characters:Fred,Wilma,Barney,Betty and Dino!:)
btw:Anyone see the Red Dwarf ep. where Cat and Lister are
having the surreal conversation of which one was more attractive
Wilma or Betty and it goes like this: Cat:This is getting insane!
Lister:Yeah,Wilma'd never
leave Fred and we know it! ?

Mine has to be Fred. But I also like Wilma. Hey, did you know one of my grandmother's name is Wilma?
John Wayne starred in "______ Berets."
If you can answer this and a bunch other questions, maybe you've got what it takes to....

I think my favourite character would be Wilma. She's so level headed and down to earth. And she stands up to Fred hilariously well.

one of mine, too. His name was Gazoo, was voiced by Harvey Korman and first appaered in fall 1965 (FORTY YEAS of serving Dum Dums)
(This all came to an end on APRIL FOOLS DAY, 1966..MY FAIR FREDDY)
TGG's debut cartoon?
THE GREAT GAZOO..DUH The credits would seem at firt for those "stock crediting" sequences Turner attempted 10 years ago for quite all 1966 episodes to be taken FROM that episode--with geusts stars Harvey K. and Don Messick but one OTHER GG episode has two two veterans and also the writers were different--Joanna Lee wrote the GAZOO and impliciitly cocreeated the alien with William Hanna and Joseph Barbera-but from the one other episode to have Mr.Korman and Messick-the above-cited final bow, (production wise,) MY FAIR FREDDY,which had the "syndicated" writers Herbert Finn and Alan Dinehart (who wrote many of the best GILLIGAN and FLINTSTONE and HONEYMOONERS stories IMO)
(Note Harvey JKporman did onyl one NON Gazoo role for the original TV series--ROYAL RUBBLE< yet another mistaken idenenity one and did voices for other projects oincluding almost all of the theatricla films, animated and live which do NOT enter my "canonical" definition anymore than the aniamted CHARLIE BROWNS do in PEANUTS division> )
(This practice would be used on ALL seasons of the STONES and confuse veiwers as to who did what--I did note that the NO BIZ LIKE SHOW BIZ with PEbbles and Bamm Bamm singing ending is still used for some 1965-66 episodes.)
The original syndictation package, likewise, replaced (due to the Winston plug and the earlier, different FLINSTONE theme, though the later one's genesis was also in the 1960-62 seaosons worth of shows too) the original credits!
