Michael Jackson Homicide Ruled in Autopsy Results

August 24, 2009 by Robert Dougherty

Michael Jackson homicide theories slowly built up over the weeks, and now Michael Jackson homicide charges have become official. Michael Jackson homicide charges are about to be filed in the case of Michael Jackson's death, meaning that Michael Jackson homicide theories weren't so crazy
When a few Jackson family members first claimed that Michael Jackson was a homicide victim, it sounded a little hard to believe. But now, Michael Jackson homicide charges are ready to be filed, according to the Los Angeles coroner's report.

After weeks of waiting, the Michael Jackson autopsy results were announced, at least the ones from the LA County Coroner. The office announced that Michael Jackson's death was a homicide, as some Jackson family members and a steady amount of fans grew to believe.

The LA County Coroner ruled in favor of a Michael Jackson homicide because Jackson had propofol in his system, according to the Associated Press. Propofol was mixed with at least two sedatives that caused the Jackson homicide, according to the Press's source in law enforcement.

The ruling of the Michael Jackson homicide now officially puts Dr. Conrad Murray as the prime suspect in his death. Ever since Jackson was found dead in late June, Dr. Murray was at the center of questions about how Jackson died, and how he was being medicated.

For several weeks, Murray's status as a possible suspect in Jackson's death grew and grew, and now he may be close to being charged with manslaughter.

With these reports of a Michael Jackson homicide ruling, it ensures that the drama and soap opera over the end of Michael Jackson's life is far from over. Things were finally starting to die down after the mega-hyped funeral, as Jackson gossip had started to center on when and where he would be buried. Now that the coroner's report has come in, the real Jackson drama may have just gotten started.

If Dr. Conrad Murray is charged with Michael Jackson's homicide, the resulting legal proceedings could surpass the likes of Jackson's own molestation trial, if it goes on long enough. It may also vindicate Joe Jackson's original theory that Jackson was the victim of foul play, a theory he
Michael Jackson Homicide Ruled in Autopsy Results controversially introduced days after his son died. Janet Jackson was also rumored to have had those same thoughts.

According to a search warrant affidavit, Murray told investigators that he gave Jackson a dose of propofol hours before he died, to get Jackson to sleep. Though the coroner ruled in favor of a Michael Jackson homicide, the charges against Murray may just involve manslaughter, and not that Murray killed Jackson on purpose.

However, there is still plenty of time for a twist like that to emerge in this revived soap opera.

I had a feeling it would be ruled that way...but I also feel with the way MJ was self-destructing, it was only a matter of time before something would happen on its own.

I was a little surprised to hear about this, but not about the drugs. I can't help but think that he probably authorized the doctor to administer at least some of the drugs, because like Monika said, he was pretty well on his way to destruction toward the end.
