Board Question

[Family Ties Forever!]

I'm not sure where to ask this question so here goes:

On one of the boards here (Family Ties) whenever I post/reply or someone else posts/replies it doesn't update on the threads. I end up having to log out of SO, sign offline, then sign online and log back in on SO for the new post/reply or thread to show up. The Family Ties board is the only acting like that though. Anyone know how I can fix it? Thanks.

Only on the Family Ties board? That is so strange. The refresh button doesn't work just on one forum. Jenny, that's a question for TJ or Seth. Maybe Roby can weigh in. I wish I had an answer for you. I've never heard of such a thing.

Thanks Janice. I'm not sure why the FT board isn't updating, but when I click on refresh it updates it. Thanks. That's easier than having to log out and then log back in. :)

you might want to clean out your browser's cache and temporary files

you can do it manually by following the instructions here: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache

or use a free program like CCleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com/download)or ATF Cleaner (http://download.cnet.com/ATF-Cleaner/3000-18512_4-89432.html) to do it for you - just make sure you CLOSE your browser before you do it so the files aren't in use.
